Thursday
WORKOUT- 3 miles on treadmill (33:17)
Legs on weight machines
Friday
 WOD- 10 squat thrusts and 10 hanging pushups (from those gymnast rings)
10 rounds for time (25:31)
My bags are all packed and I’m heading to South Florida for ING Miami!

I’ll be heading to packet pickup at the expo in a few hours and then I’ll officially be running my third half marathon! Crazy, right?

Are any of you running Miami? Half or full? Are you as excited as I am?

      I imagine it would be super (suupeer dale! LOL) sad to do the full because of the way the course has you pass the finish line almost halfway through. They should change that. I would have been sad if I had had to keep going.
