It’s been three weeks since I last checked in but I’m happy to report some changes. Even better, they’re changes in the right direction. I’ve lost 3.8 pounds since I started my Dietbet and have 2.1 to go. I’ve also lost 4.5 inches but I’m not sure if that’s because I measured incorrectly. We’ll see when my trainer measures me next week.
That’s it for me today.
I’m heading to CrossFit in a bit and then going to LA Fitness to finish my homework.
I may or may not have a $1 mini from Sweet! if everyone else is going. Just the one though and not my usual dozen four.
With six days left to lose the remainder of my 4 percent I can’t afford to go too crazy.

Thanks! I’m more upset that it only took one month to put on 16 pounds but it’s going to take me 4-5 to lose them. Baby steps though, right?
Maybe I should write my measurements down now that I’m a good ways into CrossFit and understand the movements so I can focus more on improving rather than doing them right. Congrats on the changes so far, progress is the best motivation!
Probably best to do both. Form is important too.
