The workouts have been good this week but my eating? Not so much.
I set the fire alarm off in our hotel on Monday while boiling water and sautéing veggies for lunch so I’ve kind of given up on cooking for the most part.
After run club on Wednesday I did the Filthy Fifty forgetting that the last time I did it was scaled down to 25.
It hurts to brush my hair.
I haven’t been able to lift anything since Thursday.
Boo DOMS. The pain means everything is working though, right?

Yesterday we went to the farmers market and signed up for our first CSA. I’m excited for five months of fresh fruits and veggies.
I’m even more excited that we finally move in to our house on Wednesday.
Then on Thursday we finally get our household goods so I can take an Epsom salt bath and wear different clothes. It’s going to be a good week
Now I’m just hoping everything shows up in one piece.
